The Pacific Center for Advanced Technology Training (PCATT) is a not-for-profit consortium of the University of Hawai‘i Community Colleges. The mission of PCATT is to develop and provide training in advanced technology applications that enhance economic and workforce development programs and initiatives in the State of Hawai'i and the Pacific Rim.
