 PCATT and BICSI have partnered for several years in offering cabling certification and Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) courses at Honolulu Community College. BICSI is a professional association supporting the information transport systems (ITS) industry. ITS covers the spectrum of voice, data, electronic safety and security, and audio and video technologies.
